Shipping within the USA is by USPS Priority (arrives in 1 to 3 business days) shipping for packages over a pound in weight and includes insurance to cover potential damage or loss for the full value of the sale. For packages under a pound in weight, I ship USPS First Class (arrives in 3 to 5 business days). 

 Orders over $250 usd may be shipped with signature confirmation upon request (not available on international packages). I ship within 48 business day hours of receiving an order and sometimes even on Saturdays. 

I am not responsible for any customs, VAT, taxes, or other international fees that your country may impose on a shipment you order from me. Such costs are the responsibility of the buyer and I have no way of knowing in advance what those potential fees may be. If you are in doubt, please check with your local postal service for questions before purchasing. I can not mark things as a gift or at a reduced value, as this is considered a felony punishable by federal prison time in America. Please only purchase from me if you are in compliance with these rules.

I do not accept returns or repair damage from mishandled items. I am very vigilant about packaging items so they do not get damaged in transit. If for some reason damage were to occur, please contact me to start the process of filing a claim toward the shipping insurance that was placed upon your package. NOTE : Damage you cause by mishandling is not covered by the shipping insurance. I am not taking commissions currently. For health reasons, I have had to stop dealing with the stress they impose. I do, however, accept suggestions, and may consider working from said suggestions.

I am not currently doing layaway plans or broken up payments. This feature has been abused in the past. However, Paypal does offer a plan where payments can be made in 4 biweekly installments. There is a link to how that works within my product listings, near the payment options. 

I am not responsible for the results incurred by the mishandling or misplacing of any items you purchase from me. Because these are art items and they tend to have small parts that can pose a choking or other hazard, please keep items you buy from me away from small children, the developmentally disabled, crazy people, and animals for not only the reason of safety but in order to maintain the integrity of the art purchased. I suggest a glass or acrylic enclosure such as a curio cabinet or a bell jar for protection from dust. 

Please do not ask me to hold a doll for you. Because this is how I make my living, I serve on a first to pay, first served basis. Thank you for understanding. I used to do holds and got jerked around too many times.

Shipping rates are calculated by weight, destination, shipping method/speed, packaging, and handling. All of this is already added into the price you pay during checkout and is calculated by usps.com
